quite some time now with VLC. If I ever close it, it just kind of
stays as a process. And if I ever try to kill it, it just stays
there as if it was a zombie process. This happens most of the time,
if not always. I believe there was an update to VLC recently but the
update didn't fix the issue. Could it be a bug?

the stick to keyboard inputs. And Street Fighter 5 does work with
