DVI outputs, monitor _only_ attached to DVI. Console messages go to
monitor on boot, and the various TTYs also,, but for X, every
display managers see a non-existent monitor attached to HDMI and
make that the primary output. Using names determined by
/sys/class/drm, I've tried various combinations of video=XXX:d
video=YYY:e at boot, to either no result or "signal out of
